Privacy policy

This page explains how TideHarbor handles information submitted through the storefront and how analytics and marketing technologies are used.

Information you submit

TideHarbor stores the contact information you submit through quote and chat forms so the sales team can respond to your request.

First-party analytics

We record first-party analytics to understand how buyers move through the storefront: page views (path, page title when available, referrer), engaged/dwell time, product and category interest signals (clicks, quick view, add to cart, buy now), CTA clicks, and whether a quote or chat lead was submitted. Approximate location (country, region/state, city) may be derived from edge/proxy headers or a lightweight IP lookup; session records store a hashed IP rather than the raw address. Session and attribution data, including UTM parameters and click IDs, are kept as first-party data to help route inquiries.

Marketing cookies

Marketing tags such as the Meta Pixel and Conversion API run only after you choose Accept all on the cookie banner. Choosing Essential only keeps quotes and sessions working without loading marketing pixels.

Your choices

Use the on-site cookie banner to accept marketing cookies or continue with essential storage only. To request that submitted information be updated or removed, email sales@tideharbor.store or use the contact page.
